How Do I Maintain My Concrete Surfaces?

Maintaining your surfaces can be done by you.

Please refer to the maintenance sheet provided to you upon competion of your project.

Be sure to sweep or blow away leaves as their organic breakdown can stain concrete.

Additionally, try not keep any rusting objects on your surface as these can stain as well.

Do You Offer A Warranty Or A Guarantee?

We offer a one year labor and workmanship warranty. Materials are warranted by the manufacturer through the installer.

How Long Will My New Surface Last?

With the proper care and maintenance, providing that you reseal every 3 years on a regular maintenance schedule, your new surface should last 8-10 years due to ultra violet exposure and use (difference with amount of play commercial vs. residential).

How Long Does It Take?

Completion of your project depends on what is being done. Small jobs can be completed in a day, it depends on the size of the project. The typical project is four to five days.

How Much Does It Cost?

The cost of refinishing your concrete depends entirely on what you want done. Generally, we charge by the square foot plus any repairs or corrective issues
